Activities - Gameroom events, Arts & Crafts, Bingo, Technology Programs, Diversity Festivals, Artist of the Month, Parties, Sleepover, Cooking, Athletic Special Events, Cultural Activities & Field Trips

Athletic Leagues - Seasonal leagues in touch football, soccer, floor hockey & basketball.

Career Prep - The program starts in October and prepares teenage members to attend college or enter the workforce.  Guest Speakers talk to participants about their careers and giving back to the community.

Fun With Fitness - Get in the gym, have fun, exercise with all different types of equipment every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 2:50-3:20PM from September - March.

Girls Gym Time - Girls gym time only Tuesday evenings from October-March from 6:00-7:00PM.  Soccer, basketball, running games, jump rope and other athletic events for girls only.  

Healthy Snack Program - Daily afternoons, snacks are assisted through the NYS Child and Adult Food Care Program and Private Donations.  

Kiwanis Reading Program - Held Wednesday evenings from October-May.  Kiwanis Club & Key Club members read to and with younger club members.

Madill Pick Up Program - With cooperation from the Ogdensburg School System the club provides pick-up and drop-off at Madill Elementary School.

Mentoring Program - The program starts in September, targeted on-site program which allows quality time between members and mentors.  Members are encouraged to discuss any topics that concern them.  Parents are urged to contact club staff if interested in having their child participate.

Money Matters - Members learn financial practices like balancing a checkbook, opening and maintaining a savings account and balancing a budget

Passport to Manhood - For  Boys 11-14, this 14 session course concentrates on a specific aspect of manhood through highly interactive activities.  The program helps to develop sound character, positive behavior and a sense of moral compass in youth as an achievable goal.

Power Hour Homework & Tutoring -  Held Monday-Thursday 3:00-4:45PM.  Club members earn points for completing homework or doing educational activities.  Pizza Hut sponsors a monthly party for participants. 

Reading Rangers - Programming held weekly throughout the school year to help members strive to read on the proper grade level and improve their reading and vocabulary skills.  This program is conducted for K-4th graders. 

SMART Girls - SMART Girls is a small-group health, fitness, prevention/education and self-esteem enhancement program designed to meet the developmental needs of girls ages 8-12 & 13-17.  Through dynamic sessions, highly participatory activities, field trips and mentoring opportunities with adult women, club girls explore their own societal attitudes as values as they build skills for eating right, staying physically fit, getting good healthy care and developing positive relationships with peers and adults.

SMART Moves - SMART Moves is for boys and girls ages 6-9 and offers children the "Skills, Mastery & Resistance" training through print materials, talks of lectures and exercies in practical program solving to develop healthy life skills.

STEM IT UP - Learn and have fun while participating in activities in Science, Technology, Engineering & Math.  Program is conducted afternoons and evenings.

Stride Academy - Academic Program held in the Tech Room and computer lab and teen room daily where members answer questions in reading and math based on their grade and earn incentives for their work.

Summer Program - The OBGC offers special summer hours in August as well as day camp and field trips to baseball games, water park museums & more.

Teen Programming - The OBGC conducts specific teen programming throughout the year including the "5th Quarter" with special activities late in the evening for middle school and teen members only, a Junior Staff Program, Career Prep, teen field trips and community service opportunities.

Torch Club - Member driven club to provide service to the club and community.  Meetings are held monthly and in 2014 the members volunteered over 1100 hours.

Youth of the Year - Boys and Girls Clubs of America's premier youth recognition program promotes and celebrates Club members service to the club, community & family, academic performance, moral character, life goals, poise and public speaking ability.  Local clubs recognize youths of the month, select a youth of the year, who then participate in a state competition.

PARTNERSHIPS- The Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club works with many civic, public and volunteer groups throughout the year including the Ogdensburg School System, Ogdensburg Lions Club, Ogdensburg Rotary Club, Ogdensburg Kiwanis Club, OFA Key Club, Ogdensburg City Recreation Department, Youth Advocate Program, Ogdensburg Fire Department, Ogdensburg Police Department, IAABO, North Country Girls Basketball Officials, SUNY Canton, Potsdam State, St. Lawrence University, Clarkson University, Ogdensburg Public Library, Remington Kids Place, St. Lawrence County Health Initiative & Girl Scouts.
